I’ve worked in Hospital Revenue Cycle and I’ve worked from home for 8 years. It was bliss, house to yourself get your work done and relax. Covid hits and my wife’s company changed her to remote as well. It was an adjustment, because you get zero time away from each other and there is no decompress time to yourself.
